About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our field team in Bengaluru. The role involves developing professional relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting pharmaceutical products, supporting product awareness activities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and product-promotion targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and records.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile

- Age: Below 23 years.
- B.Pharm or B.Sc. preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
