Job Overview:

Dior Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Production Chemist for Oral Liquid, Tablet, and Capsule sections. The role involves managing manufacturing operations, supervising production staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely batch execution as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute batch manufacturing for oral liquids, tablets, and capsules
- Prepare and maintain BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) accurately
- Ensure proper line clearance before and after production
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area
- Handle and supervise production workers/operators on the shop floor
- Allocate tasks and ensure smooth workflow during batch processing
- Follow production planning and meet batch deadlines
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process checks
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and basic GMP practices

Requirements:





- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Chemistry) or relevant qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production (preferred)
- Ability to manage production staff and shop floor activities
- Basic understanding of oral solid and liquid manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of BMR documentation and line clearance
- Good communication and team-handling skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling production teams
- Exposure to GMP environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
