We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities

- Call potential customers from provided leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Explain GTM Infotech's IT and Digital Marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under sales targets.

Qualifications





- 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
