We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Jawa & Yezdi service team in Sivakasi.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their motorcycle service or repair requirements.
- Inspect the vehicle and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and explain the required service/repair work.
- Coordinate with technicians and monitor the progress of service work.
- Keep customers updated about repair status, estimated costs and delivery time.
- Conduct final vehicle checks and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers regarding service and feedback.

Requirements:

- Experience in automobile/two-wheeler service is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles and servicing.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and technicians.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹24,964.92 per month
