Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Electrical Panel Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

2. Handle sales enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

3. Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and records.

4. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and deliveries.

5. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

6. Maintain customer databases and sales reports.

7. Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

8. Handle customer queries and provide regular updates.

9. Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

10. Maintain proper records in ERP/software and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.



2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination.

2. Experience in the Electrical Panel Industry is preferred/required.

3. Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic ERP systems.

4. Strong communication and follow-up skills.

5. Good coordination and documentation abilities.

6. Ability to manage multiple customer orders and enquiries.

7. Graduate/Diploma qualification preferred.

Salary Range-₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with prior experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing / Electrical Switchgear Industry will be given preference.
