Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing gold, diamond, and precious stone inventory, ensuring stock accuracy, coordinating with stores and production teams, and maintaining strict control over high-value assets.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate inventory records of gold, diamond, platinum, silver, and precious stones.

· Monitor daily stock movement including inward, outward, transfers, and sales entries.

· Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to ensure 100% accuracy.

· Handle stock reconciliation and variance analysis.

· Coordinate with production, merchandising, and retail teams for stock planning and replenishment.

· Manage tagging, barcoding, and stock classification as per company standards.

· Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers.





· Track slow-moving and fast-moving inventory and generate periodic reports.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

· Handle insurance documentation and high-value stock safety protocols.

· Work closely with accounts team for stock valuation and reconciliation.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong knowledge of jewellery inventory management (Gold/Diamond stock handling preferred).

· Experience in ERP systems / Jewellery software (e.g., Gati, Tally, etc.).

· Positive understanding of stock valuation methods and audit processes and shipping process

· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to handle confidential and high-value inventory responsibly.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, stock reports).

Pay: ₹10,030.07 - ₹30,000.00 per month
