We are seeking a skilled Digitizer Artist who can transform client logos, sketches, or raster images into machine-ready embroidery files (.DST, .EMB, etc.). The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for detail, strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, and proficiency in industry-standard digitizing software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert raster artwork (.JPG, .PNG, .BMP, .TIF) into accurate, efficient embroidery files (.DST, .EMB, etc.). PES PXF
- Create high-quality digitized designs for left chest logos, caps, jackets, appliqués, and large-format embroidery.
- Optimize designs for minimum thread breaks, trims, and color changes to ensure smooth machine runs.
- Review and correct stitch sequencing, underlay, and density to maintain embroidery quality.




- Work closely with clients and the quality control team to ensure design accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper file management and adhere to company naming and submission protocols.
- Collaborate with vector and art teams for seamless art-to-digitization workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in embroidery digitizing (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of stitch types, underlay settings, pathing, and thread tension.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to interpret and match client requirements accurately.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of vector conversion (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
- Familiarity with promotional product artwork and virtual sampling workflows.
- Understanding of embroidery machine operations (Tajima, Barudan, or Brother).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
