Job Description – SAP C4C (SAP Customer Experience / Cloud for Customer) Consultant
Position: SAP C4C Consultant
Band: E2.1 / E2.2 (Medior)
Location: India / Hybrid

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to support and enhance customer engagement, sales, and service management processes. The consultant will be responsible for AMS support, incident management, service request handling, system enhancements, and integration support between SAP C4C and SAP backend applications.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP C4C Sales and Service modules.
Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and problem tickets within defined SLAs.
Configure and support business processes related to Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, Quotes, and Service Requests.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot functional and integration issues.
Support integrations between SAP C4C and SAP S/4HANA/ECC, SAP CPI, and other enterprise applications.
Participate in enhancements, testing, deployments, and release management activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, training materials, and support documentation.
Ensure stable operations and continuous service improvement in the AMS setting.

Required Skills

4–8 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer).
Strong knowledge of SAP C4C Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Experience in workflow configuration, business objects, approval processes, and mashups.
Hands-on experience with C4C integration using SAP CPI, PI/PO, or web services.
Knowledge of master data management, pricing, sales, and service processes.




Experience in AMS support and ticket-based delivery models.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Experience Suite.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD, CRM, and Customer Service processes.
Knowledge of OData services, APIs, and middleware integrations.
ITIL Foundation certification or AMS support experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud certification preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
