Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview
We are looking for energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team immediately. In this role, you will visit on-site locations, conduct customer probing, generate hot leads, and represent our company directly in the market. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct on-ground site visits to identify and generate hot, qualified leads.
- Introduce and brief prospective clients on the company’s products and services.
- Perform customer probing to understand client requirements and match appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with on-site points of contact.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely lead conversion and updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Any graduate/diploma; candidates with an ITI background are strongly preferred.
- Experience:



Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–3+ years).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi with good comprehension/reading skills in English.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic technical understanding/knowledge is a plus.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) with a valid driving license.
- Travel: Must be comfortable with local field visits and occasional outstation travel as required.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary:
- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Attractive, uncapped performance-based sales incentives.
- Travel & Fuel Allowance: Daily petrol allowance up to ₹200/day.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Dedicated bike maintenance and repair allowance.
- Paid Leaves: 24 Days Annual Leave (12 Privileged Leaves + 12 Sick Leaves).
