Formulation & R&D; Executive – Medral Health

Medral Health is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Formulation & R&D; Executive to join our research and development team. The candidate will be responsible for laboratory experiments, formulation development, testing, documentation, and supporting the development of innovative pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and testing related to pharmaceutical formulations.
- Develop and optimize drug formulations and drug delivery systems according to product requirements.
- Perform formulation trials and evaluate the physical, chemical, and performance characteristics of products.
- Record experimental procedures, observations, results, and analytical data accurately.
- Prepare scientific reports, technical documents, batch records, and laboratory data logs.
- Analyze experimental results and identify opportunities for formulation improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow laboratory safety and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with the quality control, production, and regulatory teams during product development.
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation and manufacturing-related issues.




- Ensure experiments and documentation are conducted according to established SOPs and applicable quality standards.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, samples, and research records.
- Stay updated with new formulation technologies, pharmaceutical research, and drug delivery techniques.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and drug delivery principles.
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing and experimental procedures.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of scientific report writing and data recording.
- Attention to detail and ability to work according to SOPs and quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
