We are looking for an experienced Project Lead / Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the successful execution of digital communication and marketing mandates. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in managing digital campaigns, preferably for government, PSU, corporate, or large-scale brands. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients while working closely with creative, content, video, and digital teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end project and account management, from planning to execution
- Develop and manage project strategies, communication calendars, workflows, and timelines.
- Coordinate with creative, content, video, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Ensure all communication and creative output remains aligned with the client's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Handle escalations and support effective crisis communication wherever required
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,



Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, or an agency environment.
- Experience managing digital mandates for government, PSU, corporate, or large brands will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, creative, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
