Objective: Ensure productive handling, cataloging, loading, and monitoring legacy tapes to meet strict project timelines while maintaining data integrity and security standards.

- Familiarity with LTO tape technologies (LTO-5, LTO-6, LTO-7, LTO-8) and physical tape library operations.
- Basic understanding of backup software solutions (e.g., Veritas NetBackup, Commvault) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Ability to read and interpret basic error logs, status codes, and operational dashboards.
