We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Jewellery Telesales Executive to join our team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, discounts, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Update customer details, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling/telesales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Proficient in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and customer data management.
