About the Role

We are looking for a technically sound and hands-on Shift Incharge – Production to manage day-to-day production activities and ensure protected, efficient and timely execution of production schedules at the company's manufacturing facility in Silvassa.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in chemical manufacturing/production operations, preferably with exposure to batch processes, shift operations, SOPs, production documentation and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate with Purchase, QA, QC and Warehouse teams to achieve production schedules.
- Monitor raw material consumption, production yield and product quality.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per approved SOPs and established processes.
- Maintain and review Batch Records, production records and QMS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards and production procedures.
- Prepare and review validation and qualification-related reports.
- Plan manpower deployment, shift allocation, employee schedules and attendance.
- Monitor shop-floor activities and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.
- Identify production bottlenecks and support initiatives to improve productivity and process efficiency.




- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate production status, deviations and operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within production operations.

Educational Qualification

Candidates from any of the following backgrounds can apply:

- B.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- B.E. Chemical Engineering
- B.Tech Chemical Engineering

Experience Required

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing, chemical production or process industries.
- Experience in shift production, batch manufacturing or chemical process operations will be preferred.
- Freshers are not preferred for this position.
