Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
- Handle customer objections politely and effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
