We're building a remote sales team for our Berlin (Germany) rental placement business — helping international students and young professionals find housing across Berlin. This is a fully remote, flexible role where you'll work directly with real clients abroad, not leads, not cold calls.

What You'll Do:

As a Remote Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for international clients (mostly students and young professionals) looking for rental rooms and apartments in Berlin. You'll understand what they need, guide them to the right options from our live listings, and help them move from inquiry to a confirmed booking — over WhatsApp and Facebook, using a structured system we train you on.

This is real client-facing sales work with an international client base — not data entry, not outbound cold-calling strangers.

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) — required. You'll be communicating directly with clients daily; strong command of both languages is essential for this role.
- Strong written communication — this role is almost entirely chat-based (WhatsApp/Facebook)
- A genuine sales mindset — comfortable guiding a conversation toward a decision, not just answering questions




- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time and client conversations independently
- A quick learner who can follow a structured process consistently
- Comfortable with basic cross-cultural communication (clients are international; some German terms are involved, and full training is provided for this)

No prior real estate experience required — full training is provided. What matters more is communication ability and follow-through.

This is a performance-driven, commission-linked role. The fixed salary is guaranteed, but meaningful earnings come from actively closing deals — this is not a passive or low-effort remote job. Candidates will go through a short qualification process before being shortlisted, to make sure this role is a genuine fit on both sides.

This is a legitimate paid position with a fixed salary component — there are no fees, deposits, or payments required from candidates at any stage of hiring or onboarding.
