Job Title: Industrial Automation Trainer
Location: Palakkad & Thrissur

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Industrial Automation Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to students and professionals. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, Industrial Networking, and Instrumentation and be capable of guiding students through industry-oriented projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Delivery

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Industrial Automation.
- Explain technical concepts using practical, industry-oriented examples.
- Provide hands-on training in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, and control systems.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, practical tests, and technical evaluations.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.

Technical Responsibilities

- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and automation systems.
- Configure and work with SCADA and HMI systems.
- Provide training on VFDs, sensors, actuators, control panels, and industrial instrumentation.
- Explain industrial communication protocols and networking.
- Guide students in automation projects and final-year projects.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and troubleshooting exercises.

Curriculum Development

- Prepare training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and project modules.
- Update course content based on current industry requirements.
- Develop practical, project-based learning modules.
- Support the technical team in improving training quality.

Student Support & Mentoring

- Guide students in developing industry-oriented automation projects.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical assessments.
- Support students with career and technical guidance.
- Coordinate with the placement team for technical evaluations.





Required Technical Skills

- PLC: Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta / Omron
- SCADA: WinCC / Wonderware / other SCADA platforms
- HMI
- VFD
- DCS
- Industrial Sensors & Instrumentation
- Control Panels
- Industrial Automation & Control Systems
- Industrial Communication Protocols – Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.
- Basic Electrical & Electronics knowledge
- Automation troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation.
- Strong practical/hands-on experience in automation systems.
- Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
