We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our team at [Cafe/Dough House Name]. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving fresh coffee, pastries, and house specials, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating or counter service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve fresh coffee, artisan drinks, doughnuts, baked goods, and light food items.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions regarding ingredients or allergens.
- Clear tables, wipe down dining areas, and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately.
- Restock display cases, condiments, and service stations throughout the shift.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a cafe, bakery,



restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, early mornings, or holidays if required.
