Experience - 7 to 10 years.

CTC - 10 - 15 Lacs.

Location - Bangalore ( JP Nagar)

Skills - Employee Engagement, Succession Planning , Performance Management , Employee relation and Business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Creating organizational Culture.
- Monitor and improve, attrition, productivity, and manpower cost.
- Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Creating and implementing performance management system.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate with the L&D; team.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and employee development .
