We are hiring an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager for a leading global software solutions company serving enterprise customers across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Managed Services
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, service quality, and operational performance
- Act as the primary customer interface and escalation point
- Lead service governance, operational reviews, and executive reporting
- Manage globally distributed SAP functional and technical teams
- Drive SAP production support, enhancements, and service transition
- Manage resource planning, capacity, utilization, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
- Support financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and account growth

SAP S/4HANA | SAP PP/DS | SAP AVC | SAP Basis | SAP Security & GRC | SAP Redwood | SAP Winshuttle (Evolve) | SAP Enterworks | Centric PLM | SAP Fiori | SAP Cloud ALM | SAP Solution Manager

Must-Have Experience

✅ 10–12 years of IT experience
✅ 8+ years managing SAP Managed Services / Application Support / Service Delivery




✅ Experience handling large enterprise customers
✅ Strong SLA & KPI management experience
✅ SAP production support and service transition experience
✅ Global cross-functional team leadership
✅ Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management
✅ Experience in resource, capacity, demand, risk, and vendor management

Tools

Microsoft Project | Jira | Azure DevOps | Confluence | SAP Cloud ALM | SAP Solution Manager | Microsoft 365 | Power BI

AI Productivity

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted project management, reporting, and documentation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

PMP / PRINCE2 | ITIL | SAP Activate | Scrum Master | SAFe Agilist
