Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial AC Technician / HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of commercial air-conditioning and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and repair commercial AC and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Handle refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing.
- Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, blowers, thermostats, and control systems.
- Carry out AC installation and commissioning as per technical requirements.
- Read and understand basic HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
- Maintain proper service and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians during installation and maintenance work.




- Follow safety procedures while working with electrical and HVAC equipment.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Attend customer/site complaints and complete service work efficiently.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial AC/HVAC installation, maintenance, or service.
- Good knowledge of commercial air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting refrigeration and electrical faults.
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling, vacuuming, gas charging, and leak testing.
- Ability to use basic HVAC service tools and testing instruments.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at customer sites and project locations.
