About the Role

We are looking for a creative, professional, and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join the MIHS team. The designer will be responsible for creating daily social media creatives, promotional artwork, marketing materials, exhibition designs, and branding content that make MIHS visually attractive, premium, and distinctive.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, visual communication, creativity, and branding and should be able to turn ideas and content into high-quality professional designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create daily social media posts and creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
- Design attractive and engaging promotional posts, banners, campaigns and advertisements.
- Create artwork for exhibitor promotions, visitor campaigns, buyer invitations and event promotions.
- Develop creative designs for brochures, flyers, invitations, standees, hoardings, posters, certificates and exhibition branding.
- Create designs for WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns and digital promotions.
- Understand content and convert it into visually powerful and easy-to-understand designs.
- Maintain a consistent and premium MIHS brand identity across all creatives.
- Develop unique and innovative design concepts instead of using repetitive templates.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Management teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Quickly create designs based on urgent marketing requirements and event deadlines.
- Take responsibility for the complete design process from concept → design → revisions → final artwork.
- Stay updated with current design trends, exhibition branding,



social media trends and creative marketing formats.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator and Canva.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW, InDesign, Figma or other design tools will be an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colours, layouts, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create premium, modern, attractive and unique designs.
- Good understanding of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to understand written content and create suitable visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- AI design tools and AI-assisted creative skills will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.
- Experience in exhibitions, events, media, advertising, branding or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
