Job Title: Safety Management / Safety Officer
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace by identifying hazards, implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring employees follow applicable health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify safety hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and protected working practices.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee training.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, and evacuation procedures.




- Coordinate with management and employees to resolve safety discrepancies.
- Follow applicable statutory, regulatory, and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant safety certification preferred.
- Good communication, observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in industrial or construction safety is an advantage.

Compensation

₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
