SolarAssist, a technology enabled Operations & Maintenance vertical of the established solar EPC Minus CO₂ is building a technology enabled solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) business. We help residential societies and commercial customers manage their solar plants through preventive maintenance, fault monitoring, cleaning, reporting and client support.
As an early stage startup, you'll work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience managing finance operations in a growing business. Opportunity to convert into a full time role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Record receipts and reconcile customer payments.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Work with Zoho Books for day to day accounting activities.
- Coordinate with the founders and CA whenever required.
- Help prepare financial reports and management information reports.
- Ensure financial data is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Commerce, Accounting or Finance background preferred.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organised and reliable.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
