Job Summary

Hiring Process Trainers & Quality Analysts for an International E-Commerce Seller Support process.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct recent-hire training, nesting, assessments, and refresher sessions.
* Train agents on E-Commerce processes, Seller Central, policies, and customer handling.
* Monitor interactions, conduct quality audits, and provide feedback.
* Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with Operations/QA.
* Conduct calibrations and maintain training/quality reports.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.
* 3+ years of International BPO experience.
* Relevant experience in Training or Quality, preferably E-Commerce/Seller Support.
* Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
* Comfortable working rotational/night shifts.
