Position: Fashion Design Faculty

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Design Faculty member to teach and mentor students in various aspects of fashion design, with a strong focus on practical skills, creativity, and industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical classes in Fashion Design.
- Teach subjects such as Garment Construction, Pattern Making, Fashion Illustration, Textile Studies, and Design Development.
- Guide students in developing collections, design concepts, portfolios, and projects.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assignments, assessments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor students in their academic and creative development.
- Keep students updated with current fashion trends, techniques, and industry practices.
- Organize workshops, exhibitions, fashion shows, and industry-related activities.
- Maintain lesson plans, attendance records, student assessments, and academic documentation.




- Support departmental academic and extracurricular activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fashion design principles and techniques.
- Practical expertise in Garment Construction and Pattern Making is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative approach with robust teaching and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD is an advantage.
- Prior teaching or industry experience will be preferred.
