Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites to align with business and design requirements.
- Create and manage new pages, ensuring proper structuring and design consistency.
- Manage & update CMS content with blog posts, landing pages, images, and other media.
- Optimize website speed and performance for mobile and desktop, ensuring compliance with Core Web Vitals.
- Implement SEO best practices, including site structure, schema markup, and on-page optimization.
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues, such as broken links, layout inconsistencies, and compatibility errors.
- Ensure website security by implementing firewalls, security plugins, and best security practices.
- Optimize database and server performance for faster load times and scalability.
- Integrate & manage third-party tools such as WhatsApp chat, newsletter sign-ups, CRM forms, and marketing pop-ups for lead generation.
- Ensure regular website backups and implement a disaster recovery plan.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, tools, and web development trends.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and page builders
- Experience in speed optimization, caching, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Understanding of technical SEO,



structured data, meta and URL optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress customization.
- Ability to quickly identify and fix technical issues and website errors.
- Experience working on multiple websites and managing content updates effectively.
