We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Civil Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling site visits, understanding project requirements, providing technical support for our construction chemical products, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring proper application of products at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites and understand project requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and application support for waterproofing, repair, flooring, protective coatings and other construction chemical products.
- Coordinate with contractors, applicators, consultants, engineers and project representatives.
- Demonstrate and supervise the correct application of products at project sites.
- Identify site-related technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare site visit reports, technical reports and project updates.
- Support the sales team in technical discussions, product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Conduct product trials and application demonstrations whenever required.
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure products are being applied according to recommended procedures.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate technical/product-related issues to the concerned team.
- Assist in preparing technical quotations, product specifications and method statements where required.
- Maintain regular follow-up with project sites and support conversion of technical enquiries into business opportunities.
- Travel to project sites within Hyderabad and other locations as required.
- Perform any other technical or site-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–4 years of experience in civil construction, construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing, paints or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to prepare/read/modify 2D drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction practices and site activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
