Key Responsibilities:

· Build and scale a channel of Business Relationship Executive across Pan India to drive awareness and program enrolments

· Identify, onboard, and manage Business Relationship Executives, ensuring clear targets, accountability, and consistent engagement

· Drive growth through structured direct outreach, lead generation, and conversion initiatives

· Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, messaging, and on-ground execution

· Monitor performance metrics, track outcomes, and refine strategies to improve effectiveness

· Ensure consistent and professional representation of the University across all activities

Candidate Profile:

· 6–10 years of experience in Direct Selling Industry, Business Development,

· Proven experience managing teams and distributed field networks

· Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

· Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Post Graduation degree from a recognized university with 2 Years of experience or UGC Net or HP SET or PHD (Management|ComputerScience|InformationTechnology|Journalism|PoliticalScience|Arts|Sciences)
