Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
< Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets while monitoring progress against milestones and adjusting as needed.
Drive adoption and best practice use of project management and collaboration tools (Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint) to improve visibility and traceability.
Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps practices (continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous monitoring), ensuring seamless integration with the SDLC.
Oversee implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing to accelerate delivery cycles.
Work with architecture and Infra support teams to design, provision,
and monitor scalable infrastructure components that support project outcomes.
Define, track, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) across various IT domains to leadership and stakeholders. Demonstrate strong proficiency in KPI data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting, and to craft clear, compelling presentations that effectively convey project insights and strategic recommendations.
Communicate project status to stakeholders through concise presentations, dashboards, and executive briefings, and create & maintain product and technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic goals and market demands.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) while enforcing Agile best practices, and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues by maintaining a risk register and executing escalation procedures.
Conduct post implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives.>
