Job Profile: Plant Head

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head from the Electronics or Home Appliances industry to lead overall plant operations, production planning, manpower handling, quality, dispatch, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete plant operations and manufacturing activities
- Manage production planning, productivity, and daily targets
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams
- Improve plant efficiency, cost control, and operational performance
- Monitor manpower utilization and team management
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, safety standards, and quality systems
- Handle vendor coordination and inventory management
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational KPIs




- Ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in Electronics / Home Appliances manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, and plant management
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Experience in handling large workforce and factory operations
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, etc. preferred
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Experience:

- 10–18 Years preferred

Qualification:

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field
