FSSAI Compliance & Labelling

- Nutritional Information Panel: Ensure mandatory declarations (Energy, Protein, Carbohydrates, Total Sugars, Added Sugars, Fat, Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, and Sodium) match standards under the FSS (Packaging and Labelling) Regulations
- Claims Validation: Verify health or nutrient-content claims against permissible FSSAI thresholds
- Supplement/Nutraceutical Documentation: Maintain Form-B applications, ingredient sourcing proofs, and NABL-accredited Certificate of Analysis (COA) if recommending functional foods.
