Key Responsibilities

- Cloud Strategy: Define and execute enterprise AWS cloud strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
- Cloud Architecture: Design secure, scalable, highly available, resilient, and cost-effective AWS architectures.
- Cloud Migration: Lead enterprise cloud migration, modernization, and transformation programs.
- Cloud Operations: Drive cloud reliability, performance, availability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Cloud Governance: Establish cloud governance, security, compliance, standards, and best practices.
- Cloud Cost Optimization: Drive FinOps, cost management, resource optimization, and capacity planning.
- DevOps & Automation: Drive CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices.
- Platform Engineering: Drive adoption of cloud-native platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and ECS.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering.
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop cloud architects, engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Stakeholder Management:



Collaborate with business leaders, clients, technology teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Delivery Management: Ensure successful delivery of cloud transformation initiatives within timelines, quality, and budget.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 9–12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in AWS cloud technologies.
- AWS: Solid expertise in EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
- Cloud Architecture: Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, scalability, resilience, and high availability.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- DevOps: Strong knowledge of CI/CD, automation, DevOps, monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Transformation: Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration, modernization, and transformation programs.
- Security: Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, risk management, and best practices.
- FinOps: Experience with cloud cost optimization, resource management, and FinOps practices.
- Leadership: Strong experience managing and mentoring cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
