Position: Foundry Shift Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Foundry Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production within the foundry.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily foundry operations during assigned shifts.
- Monitor and control melting, moulding, and pouring activities.
- Ensure adherence to process parameters and production schedules.
- Monitor metal chemistry and coordinate spectrometer analysis.
- Maintain and control green sand properties to achieve consistent mould quality.




- Supervise manpower, ensure productivity, and maintain shop-floor discipline.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Production Planning teams.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of process losses and rejections.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or related Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in a foundry production environment.
- Strong knowledge of melting, moulding, metal chemistry, and green sand properties.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production targets.
