Video Surveillance Agent – Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV/video feeds continuously for suspicious, unusual, or unauthorized activities.
- Identify and report security incidents, safety concerns, and unusual behavior.
- Follow established monitoring procedures and escalation protocols.
- Respond promptly to alerts and escalate incidents to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Review recorded footage when required for incident verification.
- Communicate clearly with the monitoring and operations teams.
- Ensure continuous monitoring during assigned shifts and properly hand over ongoing incidents.
- Maintain confidentiality of video footage and company information.
- Follow all company security, safety, and operational guidelines.
Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
