Key Responsibilities :

Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

Communicate professionally with candidates through calls, emails, and messages.

Support employee onboarding, documentation, orientation, and employee record management.

Assist with HR operations, including maintaining databases, updating records, preparing reports, and ensuring proper documentation.

Support employee engagement activities, surveys, recognition programs, and HR events.

Assist with performance management activities,



including collecting feedback and supporting review processes.

Work on HR projects and continuous learning to understand current HR tools, trends, and best practices.

Complete assigned HR projects and weekly learning activities under mentor guidance.

Participate in mentorship sessions and apply feedback to improve HR skills.
