Key Responsibilities

- Assist in batch manufacturing as per approved BMR/BPR, SOPs, and Master Formula.
- Follow the approved sequence for raw-material charging, mixing, heating, cooling, and homogenization.
- Verify raw-material name, code, batch number, quantity, and QC release status before use.
- Monitor and record process parameters such as temperature, mixing time/speed, pH, viscosity, and homogenization time/speed.
- Assist IPQC/QC during sampling and in-process quality checks.
- Assist in operating manufacturing vessels, agitators, homogenizers, and related equipment under supervision.
- Ensure equipment cleanliness, identification, and readiness before batch initiation.
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, safety, and contamination-control requirements.
- Make accurate entries in BMR/BPR and production records following GDP/ALCOA+ principles.
- Assist with cleaning, line clearance, batch yield, and material reconciliation.
- Report any abnormality such as pH/viscosity variation, separation, foaming, colour change, poor homogenization, wastage, or yield variation.




- Support senior chemists during troubleshooting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Use appropriate PPE and follow chemical and equipment safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, IPQC, QC, QA, and Warehouse as instructed.
- Participate in training related to cosmetic manufacturing, GMP, SOPs, equipment, safety, and quality systems.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a relevant field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in cosmetic, personal care, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of chemistry and manufacturing processes.
- Valuable observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to follow SOPs and instructions accurately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
