Job Description

To establish and lead the Quality function across EMPG by developing quality strategy, governance frameworks, systems and standards that ensure consistent execution excellence, customer satisfaction and continual business improvement across all projects.

- Developing National Quality Strategy: Define and implement a unified Quality Management Plan aligning with organizational objectives.
- Establishing Quality Standards: Standardize Method Statements, Inspection & Testing Procedures, and Quality Requirements across all projects.
- Audit & Compliance Oversight: Conduct national-level 3C & Quality Audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and other regulatory frameworks.
- Quality Management for Suppliers & Subcontractors: Collaborate with procurement teams to establish stringent vendor quality benchmarks.
- Process Improvement & Risk Management: Identify key risk areas, drive process excellence,



and implement industry best practices.
- Training & Capability Building: Develop and execute training programs to enhance Quality awareness across teams.
- Customer Satisfaction & Stakeholder Engagement: Address customer feedback, ensure adherence to SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure nationwide compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Lessons Learned & Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate closure reports and lessons learned sessions for process improvement.
