Experienced Executive Manager with solid expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain and Guidewire implementations. The candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale Guidewire delivery programs, managing stakeholders, driving agile execution, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementation and transformation programs.
- Drive delivery management across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Act as a Scrum Master and champion Agile best practices.
- Manage cross-functional teams of approximately 20+ members.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Ensure quality, timelines, risk management, and customer satisfaction.




- Mentor team members and support talent development initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter or Guidewire ecosystem).
- Extensive experience in the P&C; Insurance domain.
- Proven track record in Guidewire implementation and delivery management.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and managing teams of 20+ resources.
