Job Summary

We are looking for a Electronics Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products, performing basic soldering and wiring activities, and ensuring the assembled products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic components and home appliance products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Perform PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, component fitting, and panel assembly.
- Assemble and handle products such as TV, LED/LCD panels, AC, Washing Machines, and other electronic/home appliances.
- Read and understand basic circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, soldering equipment, testing instruments, and other assembly tools safely.
- Perform basic testing and inspection of assembled products.
- Identify assembly defects and report issues to the Production / Quality team.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain proper quality, workmanship, and productivity standards.
- Follow ESD, safety, and workplace procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve assembly-related issues.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components.
- Knowledge of PCB assembly and soldering.
- Basic understanding of wiring and electronic circuits.
- Ability to identify electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, ICs, connectors, etc.




- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a production/manufacturing workplace.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new products, processes, and technologies.

Home Appliance Assembly – Added Advantage

Candidates with hands-on experience in the assembly or production of the following products will be preferred:

- LED / LCD TV
- TV Panels / Display Panels
- Air Conditioners (AC)
- Washing Machines
- Electronic Control Boards / PCBs
- Home Appliance Products
- Electronic Product Testing and Final Assembly

Experience in home appliance manufacturing, assembly, testing, or production will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. Electronics / B.E. Electronics or related qualification.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in electronics assembly, production, or manufacturing.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
