Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer to join our established Real Estate Developer in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in the development of residential and commercial complexes.

· Conduct site execution and supervision, ensuring adherence to planned activities and timely completion of works.

· Manage quality assurance, team handling, and coordination with vendors/contractors.

· Interpret drawings and specifications accurately.

· Possess knowledge of RCC & MS (Mivan Shuttering) structure work.

· Study drawings, verify layout markings, and prepare material requirements and schedules.

· Coordinate with contractors, estimate manpower and resource requirements.

· Ensure day-to-day execution aligns with project standards and specifications.

· Oversee foundations and other civil activities as per drawings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Supervise ongoing civil and finishing work at all stages.

· Oversee finishing activities such as block work, plastering, false ceilings, painting, tiling,



and landscaping.

· Prepare weekly and daily target schedules for all activities.

· Check material quality on site and prepare quality reports.

· Review specifications and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, review payment certificates, and ensure efficient usage of materials.

· Conduct site inspections, provide technical advice, and solve in office problems.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies and legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

· 5-10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial complex development.

· Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
