Applexa Infotech Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Sales Calling Team and is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team.
Freshers are encouraged to apply! No prior sales experience is required. We provide the opportunity to learn, develop professional communication skills, and build a career in sales.
Candidates with previous sales, calling, customer service, insurance, logistics, or US-process experience will have an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
- Learn and follow the company's sales process and guidelines.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills for relevant US-process roles.
- Hindi, Punjabi, and English speakers are welcome for insurance sales roles.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
