We are hiring a CDP Chef (Chef de Partie) skilled in Asian and Chinese Cuisine for our premium restaurant. The ideal candidate should have robust culinary knowledge, passion for cooking, and the ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes across multiple Asian cuisines.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Supervise commis and kitchen helpers.
- Assist in menu planning and food cost control.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP Chef in multi-cuisine kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with leadership qualities.
