Job Title: E-commerce Executive – Amazon Vendor Account​

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our Amazon Vendor account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account operations, including product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, returns management, payment reconciliation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities ∙Manage the complete Amazon Vendor Central account. ∙Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords. ∙Process purchase orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch. ∙Monitor order status and ensure on-time deliveries. ∙Reconcile Amazon payments, deductions, and invoices. ∙Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports.





Required Skills ∙Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central. ∙Knowledge of product listing and catalog management. ∙Understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics. ∙Experience in payment reconciliation and invoice management. ∙Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas). ∙Positive analytical and problem-solving skills. ∙Excellent communication and coordination abilities. ∙Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications ∙Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ∙1 to 3 year of experience in e-commerce, or marketplace operations.

Pay: ₹19,791.73 - ₹40,190.00 per month
