Job Description: Infrastructure Consultant – Level 3.1rnRole SummaryrnThe Level 3 Infrastructure Consultant will be responsible for designing, supporting, migrating, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure environments. The role requires strong hands on expertise in VMware, Microsoft Azure, Nutanix, and Dell hardware, along with the ability to lead complex troubleshooting, upgrades, and transformation initiatives in production environments.rn________________________________________rnKey Responsibilitiesrn• Act as L3 escalation point for VMware, Azure, Nutanix, and hardware related issuesrn• Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, vSAN)rn• Plan and execute VM migrations, cluster upgrades, and infrastructure refresh activitiesrn• Manage and support Nutanix HCI clusters (AOS, Prism, lifecycle management)rn• Provide Azure infrastructure support, including: rno Azure VMs, VNets, NSGsrno Hybrid connectivity (VPN / ExpressRoute – basic understanding)rn• Perform Windows Server upgrades (2016/2019 to 2022) with post upgrade validationrn• Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and health checksrn• Own root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent corrective actionsrn• Coordinate with vendors (Dell, Microsoft, Nutanix) for support cases and firmware guidancern• Review and implement firmware, BIOS, and driver upgrades on Dell serversrn• Ensure adherence to change management, CAB,

4. To contribute to a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores by providing fast, accurate, and secure resolutions, fostering customer trust and satisfaction.
5. To proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities to protect customer data and prevent security incidents.
