Key responsibilities

- Install and commission new coffee vending machines at client locations
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and deep cleaning
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software faults
- Replace worn parts including grinders, boilers, valves, and dispensers
- Restock and replenish ingredients (coffee beans, milk powder, syrups)
- Conduct water quality checks and filter replacements
- Calibrate drink recipes and adjust machine settings per client spec
- Maintain accurate service reports and job records
- Liaise with clients to communicate service updates and ETAs
- Manage stock and spare parts inventory

Requirements

- Prior experience servicing vending machines, coffee equipment, or similar electromechanical devices
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read wiring diagrams
- Mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving ability
- Valid driver's licence (preferrable not mandatory)
- Physically fit — ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments




- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your work schedule
- Food hygiene awareness or willingness to complete training

ice to have

- Experience with specific brands (Necta, Franke, Jura, WMF, Crane)
- City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent technical qualification
- Basic IT/networking skills (IoT-enabled machines)
- Barista or coffee knowledge
