Job Title:

Backend and Data/API Developer

Responsibilities :

 Write APIs for portfolio, holdings, strategies and search.

 Connect with PESB’s internal systems and existing APIs.

 Work on fund categorisation data.

 Build strategy master and mapping tables.

 Map equity exposure across direct holdings, funds and strategies.

 Build portfolio analytics logic.

 Support tax, liquidity and pledgeable asset views where data is available.

 Maintain data quality, backend performance and security.

Required Profile :

 3 to 6 years of backend development experience.

 Robust in Python and Java/J2EE.

 Experience with Spring Boot will be preferred.

 Strong SQL and database skills.

 Experience in REST API development and integrations.

 Ability to work with structured financial data.

 Understanding of authentication,



access control and data security.

Good to Have :

 Experience in broking, mutual funds, wealth-tech or portfolio systems.

 Knowledge of market data, holdings data or trading APIs.

 Experience with cloud deployment and server management.
