#### *About the Project*

We at *Multibhashi* are partnering with a client to empower adolescent girls by strengthening their agency and decision-making abilities. As part of this initiative, we are looking for a *Spoken English Trainer* to conduct offline classes in schools in Bagnan Block, Howrah.

#### *Role & Responsibilities*

- Develop a *6-month Spoken English curriculum* tailored for adolescents

- Conduct *2 sessions of 1 hour each per week* in coordination with school schedules

- Deliver interactive, engaging classes and align with students' learning pace

- Cover modules: *Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Sentence Formation, Functional English, Public Speaking & Confidence Building*

- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning levels





- Maintain a small teacher-to-student ratio for personalized attention

- Track student progress and provide regular feedback

#### *Requirements*

- Proven experience as an *English Language Trainer*, preferably with *adolescents / school students*

- Strong command over Spoken English, Grammar, and Communication skills

- Ability to design curriculum and make sessions interactive

- Comfortable working in a *school environment with Grade 9 girls*

- Must be available for *offline classes 2 days/week in Bagnan, Howrah*

- *Note: This is NOT a full time role. No relocation support. Only candidates residing in Howrah can apply.*

#### *Other Details*

- *Final days & timings* will be confirmed in coordination with the school/client

- This is an *offline-only, freelance engagement* for ∼6 months
