STAT MarCom is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Media Sales team. The role focuses on advertisement sales, event sponsorships, client relationship management, and revenue generation across our print, digital, and event platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Advertisement Sales & Sponsorships

- Generate revenue through advertisement sales across our print, digital, editorial, and event platforms.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound outreach.
- Understand client objectives and recommend advertising and sponsorship solutions that meet their marketing goals.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close sales opportunities.
- Build long term relationships with clients through regular follow ups and excellent account management.
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver successful campaigns and sponsorships.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Eligibility

- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, event management, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong interest in media sales, advertising, sponsorships, and business development.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, AI tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and willing to learn.
