Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Renderer Intern to join our team. The candidate will support our design team in developing interior concepts, 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, renders, material selections, and client presentations.

This internship is ideal for students, freshers, or aspiring interior designers who want practical experience working on real interior design projects and client requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design

- Assist in developing interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare and modify 2D floor plans and interior layouts.
- Assist with furniture layouts, space planning, and functional design.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Prepare mood boards and design presentations.
- Coordinate design changes based on client feedback.
- Assist the senior design team in developing complete interior design proposals.

3D Design & Rendering

- Create 3D interior models based on 2D floor plans and design concepts.
- Develop realistic 3D views of living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, offices, and other spaces.
- Produce high-quality interior renders for client presentations and marketing.
- Make revisions to 3D models and renders according to client requirements.




- Maintain proper dimensions, proportions, materials, lighting, and design details.
- Convert approved concepts into presentable 3D visualizations.

Client & Project Support

- Understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Participate in design discussions and client presentations when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams.
- Make design revisions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
- Support the team from initial concept development to final design approval.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering.
- Knowledge of software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Blender, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Ability to read and understand 2D floor plans.
- Good understanding of materials, colours, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Good visualisation and creative thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work according to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new software and design techniques.

Eligibility

- Students pursuing Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related course.
- Recent graduates and freshers can apply.
- Candidates with a portfolio of 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, or academic projects will be preferred.
- Candidates should have access to the required design software/tools.

Performance-Based Incentive





This internship includes a performance-based incentive of ₹5,000 for each successfully closed customer/project that is directly attributable to the intern's eligible contribution, subject to verification and company approval.

The incentive is not a fixed monthly salary or guaranteed stipend. Payment will be made only after the applicable customer/project successfully meets the company's defined closure criteria.

Terms & Conditions

- This is a performance-based internship opportunity and does not guarantee full time employment.

- The ₹5,000 incentive is applicable only to successfully closed and verified customer/project cases as defined by the company.
- Incentive eligibility may depend on the intern's actual contribution to the lead/project.
- The company reserves the right to review and verify incentive claims before payment.
- The internship may be terminated in case of misconduct, repeated negligence, breach of confidentiality, or consistently poor performance.
- All client information, designs, drawings, quotations, project details, and company information must be kept confidential.
